Hello from the Georgia Mountains, my name is Amanda and I just adopted my first Cane Corso, Nyx. I have always been a husky girl, owning 2 Siberians and a Malamute but I've always wanted a Mastiff. My husband and I have 7 1/2 acres and put walking trails throughout for the dogs. Nyx has been with us for about a week now and she is like a puppy, everything so weird and new to her, even though she's about 2 yrs. She defiantly wasn't brought up around kids, but we're working on it :-)

congrats on the new girl.... she looks beautiful..... That's great you adopted... sounds like she hit the lotto... This is a great forum with lots of info, use it, support it... My girl just turned four... and people still think she's a pup... the way she bounces around and always wants too play... they are very smart and take to training ( a must )... I don't know if you adopted through canecorsorescue.org.... they also have a lot of info on the breed and new owners info.... good luck and congrats again...... if you get a sec... check out our girl at teamcanecorso.com...her name is Sage...T
